Ross Teague, CEO of Nebula Global Services, is an incredible leader across all aspects of the business. Having been born into a family of powerful role models, Ross’s grandfather and father are massive heroes to him for the things they did for the family that afforded him the opportunities he has enjoyed. “I have been born into a family with high attainment and high expectation. As the youngest and probably the most competitive, I always wanted to be the best and win the most so by virtue become a natural leader at a young age,” elucidates Ross. “I realized at a young age that I had the ability to motivate people and help them optimize their talents and potential by removing perceived pressure they felt that had leaving them to fully focus on the task at hand and not on the pressure associated with doing he task.”

For the pioneering leader, success is a very subjective statement, and success is something he is always motivated by. “My advice is this, know what you want to be famous for, your value, what your customer wants, and work as hard as you possibly can and stay true to your business values and then you will find success,” adds Ross.

The pioneering leader has become an extensive support system for his team and all those who look up to him. “I try to live with a positive mindset, meaning there is always another goal/another dream in which we follow. We may not reach it, but we aspire to,” says Ross. “I hope that living this way inspires my team to take chances to pursue their own goals. Mentorship comes in sharing stories.” Ross has learned valuable lessons throughout his career and working with various people. “Lessons come in all shapes and sizes. I try to soak up, embrace each lesson from a position of gratitude looking for positive in each situation. It’s true that you learn more from challenging situations than from easy wins,” he adds.
