Steven Peleman is founder and CEO of Triple Helix Molecules as a Service, a circular-economy venture studio working to reshape industrial material supply chains. Combining a background in engineering with business economics, he launched the company in January 2020 and has since grown it to help develop chemical recycling facilities backed by budgets exceeding $60 million.

Through Triple Helix, he has developed projects spanning recycling infrastructure, reversed supply chains, and hybrid materials production, including polyurethane foam upcycling plants, planned expansion into stone waste and furniture foam recycling, and new software for scanning contamination in waste streams.
