Rodrigo Tostes is a Brazilian executive and entrepreneur who founded YVY Naturals, a sustainable household cleaning company built around all-natural ingredients and zero plastic waste. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, managing complex logistics for more than 11,000 athletes from 206 countries, and held earlier leadership roles including CFO and eventually South America CEO at Thyssenkrupp.
A near-fatal coronary blockage in 2018 prompted Tostes to reassess his priorities, leading him toward work that balances professional ambition with family commitments and social and environmental responsibility. He now also lectures at Stanford Graduate School of Business on crisis management and sports administration.
