Garry Sangha is CEO of Kanin Construction Management, a construction management and services firm operating under the Crystal Consulting Inc. group. He has built a reputation in British Columbia's construction industry for managing large, complex projects, including several high-rise developments in Vancouver and Surrey.
Sangha's leadership approach favors schedule reliability, quality delivery, and integrity over cutting costs, and he credits much of the company's success to a collaborative team built with family members and respected industry professionals, summarized in his view that many hands and minds working together achieve more than any one person alone.
Outside the business, Sangha has been active in community service, founding the CCB Soccer Club and helping build the Mayor's Cup tournament, reflecting a broader commitment to giving back to the communities where his projects are built.
