Danor Ionescu is Chief Executive Officer of Pall-Ex Romania, where he has led a broad transformation of the company's logistics operations. Drawing on a background in supply chain management, he has focused on modernizing palletized freight distribution through network expansion, strategic recruitment of franchisees, and a hub-and-spoke distribution model across Romania.
Under his leadership, Pall-Ex Romania has pushed toward technology-driven logistics, adopting real-time tracking and automation, and recently opened a 10,600-square-meter cross-dock facility in Săliște, Sibiu, with plans to expand it to 16,300 square meters by 2026 through an €11 million investment.
Ionescu has also placed emphasis on environmental responsibility within the business, promoting route optimization, alternative fuel vehicles, and more sustainable warehouse operations as the company continues to grow.
