Virak Chhuor is CEO and founder of Orchestral Insight, a leadership development firm that combines musical practice with executive coaching and neuroscience. Drawing on a multicultural upbringing spanning France, Germany, and Asia, along with three decades as a composer and conductor, he has built a distinctive method that treats corporate teams as orchestras, focused on synchronization, communication, and collaborative harmony.
The Orchestral Insight program is structured around four progressive stages, moving participants from reactive habits toward what Chhuor calls orchestral leadership, using hands-on conducting practice with professional musicians, real-time feedback, and public performance as core tools.
