Veronica Robinson is CEO of Stepping Stones Behavioral Solutions, a behavioral health center in central Indiana that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism. She holds a master's degree focused on ABA and Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification, built through experience at several behavioral health centers before founding her own organization.
Robinson describes her leadership as guided by the Golden Rule, prioritizing kindness, transparency, and authenticity. She founded Stepping Stones to widen access to ABA therapy for underserved communities, staffing the organization with a workforce that reflects the populations it serves and coordinating care across clinical, school, and home settings through what she calls a 360-degree approach.
Beyond individualized, play-based therapy, the organization offers occupational therapy, transitional programs to help children integrate into classrooms, and support services for individuals with disabilities. Robinson has since opened an academy blending ABA therapy with education and launched a separate real estate investment venture, while working toward converting Stepping Stones to nonprofit status to expand its community impact.
