Toni L. Richins is the founder and CEO of ConsortHR, a subscription-based HR solutions firm that gives small and medium-sized businesses access to experienced HR leadership they might not otherwise afford. Guided by a philosophy centered on alleviating suffering and fostering success, she built the company to function as a strategic partner embedded within client operations rather than a traditional consulting engagement.
Richins launched ConsortHR in April 2019, only to lose her husband unexpectedly just 26 days later; despite that loss, she remained committed to her employees, investors, and clients and chose to persevere through the crisis. Beyond her core business, she actively mentors female entrepreneurs and business owners, creating opportunities for women-led ventures to gain experience and growth, and emphasizes self-belief along with measurement and transparency as essential to organizational excellence.
