Tana Greene

Tana Greene is co-founder and CEO of MyWorkChoice, an app-based workforce management platform, and co-founded the national staffing company Greene Group in 1988, which grew to operate across more than 20 states. A self-described serial entrepreneur with more than 30 years in staffing and recruitment, she has launched seven startups over her career, three of which succeeded.

Greene has spoken publicly about surviving domestic violence, and that experience shapes her purpose-driven approach to leadership and her long-standing mission of helping people find stable employment. At MyWorkChoice, she has focused on empowering hourly workers by giving them more control over their schedules, using AI and predictive analytics to match vetted workers with full, half, or short shifts rather than forcing them into a rigid 40-hour model.

In one notable project in 2021, MyWorkChoice recruited 309 workers for GE Appliances' Roper facility in Georgia within nine weeks, covering 93 percent of needed shifts despite a 24 percent absenteeism rate in the market. Greene is an active member of the Women Presidents Organization and has written about her career and philosophy in her book Creating a World of Difference.
