Susan Kichuk is CEO of The Targeted Strategies Group, a Canadian insurance brokerage focused on estate planning and succession solutions for entrepreneurs. Appointed to the role by founder Garnet Morris nearly five years ago, she has grown the organization from 17 to more than 125 professionals, bringing an unconventional background in engineering, academia, and senior international corporate management to a traditionally male-dominated industry.
Under her leadership, the firm added $3 billion in life insurance policies in the last fiscal year alone, bringing total coverage to $11.2 billion and establishing it as one of Canada's most significant brokerages.
Kichuk has focused on building a collaborative team of specialists, including CPAs, MBAs, lawyers, and actuaries, capable of offering solutions that go beyond insurance into broader wealth transfer strategy. She is also active in mentoring emerging female leaders and advocates for prioritizing personal wellness as part of effective leadership.
