Paul DeAngelo is CEO of Mission Autism Clinics, which provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism. He grew up around his family's infrastructure services business, founded by his father and uncle and grown over 40 years, spending much of his early career shadowing his father through major growth periods and absorbing lessons in leadership and scaling a business.
At Mission Autism Clinics, DeAngelo has built a model around intentionally small caseloads for Board-Certified Behavior Analysts and individualized, one-on-one therapy, believing that people are everything to the business. Under his leadership the organization has grown to ten clinics across Pennsylvania and Maryland with 125 employees, an expansion achieved even through the pandemic.
DeAngelo prioritizes staff development and a culture that celebrates achievements, while maintaining honest, transparent relationships with the families the clinics serve. He remains open to new tools such as telehealth and treats other providers as partners rather than rivals in reaching underserved communities affected by autism.
