Patrick Gough is CEO and President of PKL Services, Inc., an aerospace and defense company he has led since founding it in 2003. A retired U.S. Marine Corps Colonel, he has built PKL into a company specializing in aviation maintenance, training, logistics, and program management, expanding its military client base both domestically and internationally and establishing operations across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America.
Gough has built the company's success around quality, innovation, and lean operations, maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification and pursuing further aerospace certification. Notably, PKL employs a largely veteran workforce, with roughly 90 percent of its employees being military veterans who tend to stay with the company for years.
During the pandemic, Gough guided PKL through a shift to distributed operations and continued investment in technology, helping the company sustain growth while maintaining strong client performance ratings on its government and defense contracts.
