Paola Federico is founder and CEO of Event Planet, an Italian event management and strategic consulting firm she established in 2009. During the 2020 pandemic, Federico moved more than 20 international events to digital formats, keeping the business running while preserving team morale, a move that reflected her broader emphasis on adaptability and leading by example.
Event Planet today operates across several divisions serving the MICE industry, scientific communication, and corporate consulting, with Federico's current focus on international growth and expanded training services.
