Mirna Martinez Santiago is an attorney and social entrepreneur with over 25 years of legal experience who founded Girls Rule the Law, Inc. in 2018 to mentor underrepresented middle and high school girls interested in legal careers. Born in Honduras and raised in poverty in New York's South Bronx, she used education to transform her family's circumstances and now works to create pathways for disadvantaged youth.
Beyond her nonprofit leadership, Santiago operates a consulting firm specializing in diversity and employment law, serves on the New York State Bar Association's executive committee, and teaches debate and mock trial in partner schools, while developing leadership content through monthly virtual forums.
