Mike Mason is CEO of NetPMD, a global fiber network design and integration company. With nearly four decades in the ICT industry across both public and private organizations, he has built a track record centered on business transformation and accelerating growth, and under his leadership NetPMD now designs and integrates networks reaching more than 1.5 million homes each year.
Mason's approach to leadership focuses on building supportive environments where diverse teams can pursue shared goals through collaborative innovation, with a particular focus on projects that help close the digital divide.
He credits much of his own growth to continuous self-improvement and learning from failure, summing up his philosophy in a simple question he returns to often: are you better today than you were yesterday.
