Joseph McGee is founder and CEO of The Securitatem Group, a global security services firm he built after a distinguished law enforcement career. He previously served as a Police Specialist Firearms Officer and Close Protection Officer, protecting members of the Royal Family and visiting foreign dignitaries, experience that now underpins the firm's close protection, residential security, tactical training, and investigations work for private and corporate clients.
McGee describes his leadership style as rooted in consistency, integrity, and transparent communication, and he sees effective leadership as a balance between staying genuine and approachable while also understanding the complexity of different people's motivations and relationships.
His plans for The Securitatem Group center on adopting new technology, maintaining strong ethical standards in service delivery, and expanding through a network of complementary security businesses built via careful recruitment and workforce development.
