Ian Talbot is CEO of Healix Health Services, a UK-based healthcare and benefits provider. He joined the company a decade ago as a Business Consultant before working his way up to the top leadership role, bringing more than three decades of industry experience to the position.
Talbot is known for a people-first approach to management, placing employee development and company culture alongside business growth as priorities. Under his leadership, Healix has roughly doubled its workforce to about 120 staff and grown income by around 80% over an 18-month period.
