Heath Gunn

Heath Gunn is CEO of Enham Trust, a century-old UK charity that supports disabled people. Since taking the role in early 2017, he has led a significant transformation of the organization, moving it from an insular, siloed operation toward a more collaborative and forward-looking one, with an emphasis on transparency and genuine engagement with the people it serves.

Under his leadership, Enham Trust has expanded its range of services to include housing, personalized care, employment support, and skills training for young people, now reaching thousands of disabled individuals while also running social enterprises and information services across the South West of England. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Gunn prioritized the safety of both staff and service users while working to keep morale and operations steady.

He has emphasized putting individuals at the center of decision-making, pointing to the breadth of services Enham provides — spanning housing, care, and employment — as what allows the charity to touch nearly every part of the lives of the people it supports, alongside ongoing efforts to expand housing, retail operations, and partnerships with employers around disability-inclusive hiring.
