Gary Osner is CEO of ZZPS Limited, a firm managing parking notices on private land across the UK. His career in the parking sector spans more than three decades, starting in 1991 in collection work before he moved into business ownership and, eventually, industry leadership roles.
Osner has been closely involved in developing the British Parking Association's Code of Practice, pushing for standardization and fair treatment for operators of every size, not just the largest players. Colleagues describe him as someone who leads by example and encourages self-development among his staff, guided by what one associate called an overriding commitment to measured fair play.
He holds Fellowship status with the Institute of Parking Professionals and continues to promote staff training and education as a way to raise standards across the wider parking industry.
