Franck Vialaron is the founder and CEO of Accelex, a FinTech SaaS company that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to extract and analyze data from private investment documents. He came to software by way of chemical engineering, later moving into engineering roles before spending more than two decades building businesses in financial technology.
Before Accelex, Vialaron founded Expand Research, a firm he built and successfully sold to Boston Consulting Group in 2011. That experience shaped his preference for small, agile teams that can adapt quickly, and it informs how he pushes his organizations to keep asking where they could be as a company and how long it will realistically take to get there.
At Accelex, Vialaron has focused on building trust, motivation, and close collaboration across the team, treating time as the scarcest resource for a young company. Under his leadership the platform now serves sophisticated institutional clients such as AIMCo, BNP Paribas, and LGT Capital Partners, helping them cut costs and improve accuracy in private-markets data workflows.
