Eric Zwigart is Chief Executive Officer of RPP Products, a company he has grown from a two-person operation into a 185-employee business generating $175 million in annual revenue over the past decade. His leadership approach centers on creating value for customers, pushing continuous improvement, and questioning conventional ways of doing business.
Zwigart identified inefficiency in the convenience-store supply channel, where fragmented suppliers left retailers underserved, and directed RPP toward developing proprietary software for shelf-space optimization and planogramming across multiple distribution channels.
He has also steered the company toward corporate responsibility, including donating more than 1,000 gallons of hand sanitizer to homeless shelters and food banks during the COVID-19 pandemic and supporting California's Project Roomkey initiative for people experiencing homelessness. Zwigart credits much of RPP's growth to assembling strong senior talent across operations, production, retail, and HR, and to a willingness to be creative and take calculated risks.
