Dr. Senthill Mohan is the founder and CEO of MedCentre Health, an integrated healthcare organization serving the Greater Toronto Area since 2012. Before founding the company, he built extensive international medical experience across hospitals worldwide, which shaped his vision for bringing multiple healthcare services together under one roof rather than leaving patients to navigate a fragmented system.
In 2014 he founded the Markham McNicoll Urgent Care Centre, which has repeatedly been recognized as one of the best walk-in clinics in the Toronto area and now serves several thousand patients a month while helping reduce unnecessary emergency room visits. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Mohan kept his facilities open daily and rolled out online booking and touchscreen check-in kiosks to keep care accessible.
He describes his approach as "synchronizing health sectors," and has invested heavily in virtual care and AI-supported digital tools while building a deliberately multicultural, discrimination-free workplace. He plans to keep expanding into physiotherapy, pharmacy, and home care services, using data analytics to continue improving patient outcomes.
