Dr. John H. Helm Jr. serves as CEO and Chairman of Rockhead Consulting, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business specializing in project management and construction services. His career spans military aviation and corporate leadership, beginning as a naval aircrew member and advancing to Marine F/A-18 pilot, including a tour in Iraq for which he earned a Bronze Star.
After retiring from the military, he earned advanced degrees, including a Doctorate in Business Administration, before moving into the private sector, where he managed over $250 million in capital projects at a Fortune 100 utility company prior to launching his consulting firm in 2022. Beyond Rockhead, Helm also serves as CEO of two specialty coffee brands and prioritizes employee development and work-life balance within his organization.
