Dr. Constance Jones brings more than 35 years of educational leadership to her role as CEO of GOAL Academy, Colorado's largest high school and alternative education campus. She previously served as superintendent of Pueblo City School District 60 and spent 30 years with Lee County Public Schools in Florida, consistently driving academic improvement and equity initiatives.
Her transformational approach emphasizes servant leadership, staff empowerment, and student mentorship. Under her guidance, GOAL Academy has earned Cultural Excellence awards and established a holistic support system that combines academic instruction with counseling and social services. Dr. Jones holds a doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of South Florida and remains focused on creating inclusive learning environments where all students can succeed.
