Daniel A. Etra is the co-founder and CEO of Rethink, a global health technology company working to expand access to evidence-based treatment for people with developmental disabilities. With more than twenty years of international business experience and fifteen years as an entrepreneur, he identified a critical gap in care: roughly 450 million people worldwide have developmental disabilities, yet only about 25,000 board-certified behavioral therapists exist to serve them.
His response was a scalable, cloud-based platform that combines video modeling with applied behavior analysis methodology. Operating through three divisions — Education, Employer, and Behavioral Health — Rethink now serves clients in more than 120 countries, including the U.S. Department of Defense, Fortune 500 companies, public school districts, and individual families, with a mission centered on making clinical best practices accessible regardless of geography.
