Daniel A. Etra is co-founder and CEO of Rethink Inc., a global health technology company focused on expanding access to evidence-based care for people with developmental disabilities and autism. With more than two decades of international business experience and fifteen years as a serial entrepreneur, he identified a widespread shortage of trained professionals able to serve the estimated hundreds of millions of people worldwide living with developmental disabilities, and built Rethink to close that gap through scalable, cloud-based tools.
Under his leadership, Rethink has grown into a platform used across education, employee benefits, and behavioral health, with clients spanning the U.S. Department of Defense, Fortune 500 companies, public school districts in every state, and organizations in over 120 countries.
