Dana Lasenby serves as Executive Director and CEO of Oakland Community Health Network, a large provider network delivering services to tens of thousands of residents across Oakland County, Michigan. With more than 25 years in behavioral healthcare across public and private sectors, she combines clinical expertise as a Limited Licensed Psychologist with administrative experience leading one of the region's largest community mental health systems.
Under Lasenby's leadership, the network has modernized its approach to behavioral health crisis services, implementing community-based alternatives to emergency department visits and launching programs such as a school mental health navigator initiative and a youth and family care connection service. She prioritizes staff development through inclusive policies and has championed the organization's inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility work, while pursuing a strategic vision built around integrated physical and behavioral healthcare, expanded telehealth access, and data-driven quality improvement.
